Captain Steve
Captain Steven Hubert is a former Navy Petty Officer Second Class (95'-99') and has over 25 years experience on the Great Lakes and connecting waters. Specializing in Trophy Walleye and Trout/Salmon fishing aboard the "CHUM BUCKET II." Captain Steve is the Thunder Bay Walleye Club 2007 Angler of the Year and the 2012 and 2017 Brown Trout Festival 1st place Winner. He will put you on the best fishing for the species you want to catch. We are a mobile charter and take you to the best fishing action available anywhere in the State.
Captain Ayvery
Captain Ayvery Hubert has been fishing Lake Huron and connecting waters for 16 years. Ayvery has had a lot of experience working as a First Mate for Captain Steve for many years. Fishing has always been her passion, and she plans to take people out during the summers in-between college. She is a student at Lake Superior State Univeristy and is focusing on a degree in Animal Biology. Everything she knows how to do she learned from Steve, and now it is her time to do it on her own. With her new 26' Angler Qwest Tritoon outfitted with Traxstech and Okuma, it is the most comfortable fish catching machine.

CHUM BUCKET Charters works with new anglers of all ages. We take first time families out on the water and brought back limit catches quite regularly. Let us help you prepare to enjoy an adventure like none other. We're outfitted to help you make memories that will last a lifetime. We offer a free trip if each client on board does not land a fish. The captain wants you to have a great time on the water, so in the event of foul weather he will have the final say in cancellations for safety sake. The option will be given to either refund your deposit or hopefully reschedule the trip at that time.
